Øyvind is the school’s head chef. We were lucky enough to “steal” him from Color Line, where he worked for many years. Now he’s found solid ground—and both staff and students are thrilled to have him on board.
He’s passionate about reducing food waste and has a real talent for turning leftovers into delicious meals. In fact, his leftover-based dishes are often among the most popular at school—served both at dinner and as tasty little treats at lunch.
