Reidar is a trained sociologist from the University of Bergen, where he also completed basic courses in comparative politics and social economics. You’ll meet him in the elective course Individual and Society, in common subjects, and around the school.
I’m here simply because I enjoy it — being with you, with my colleagues, and with the ongoing development of our school and subjects.
Reidar
Since 2004, Reidar has been the principal at Agder folkehøgskole. Before that, he worked as both an inspector and a teacher on the Social Studies track. With a father from Flekkerøya and a mother from Lista, he’s a true Southerner—or as he puts it himself: a proper Egd.
Reidar is solution-oriented and often quotes Hannibal:
