We will visit Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya. These three countries in East Africa are located near Lake Victoria — Africa’s largest lake and the main source of the Nile.

This is a destination for the Global Development program.

We travel to the heart of Africa – an adventure full of contrasts, encounters, and unforgettable experiences. The journey will be about culture, adrenaline, and nature at its most spectacular. Most importantly, you’ll gain insight into life-changing projects in collaboration with the aid organization your class will be working with.

Over the course of three weeks, we cross borders, rivers, and savannas. From white-water rafting on the Nile to staring a lion straight in the eyes on safari — here, you’ll be challenged, inspired, and deeply moved.

  • In-depth exploration of Rwanda’s history and the genocide that affected an entire generation

  • Bungee jumping over the Nile (for the brave!)
