This is a destination for the Travel and Development and Global Development programs.

More than 1,000 coral islands are scattered across the Indian Ocean, southwest of India and Sri Lanka. The climate is tropical and warm all year round.

The Maldives is especially popular for diving, snorkeling, and water sports, thanks to its colorful coral reefs and rich marine life. The country faces challenges related to climate change and rising sea levels, while tourism remains its main industry.

The Maldives… 1,192 islands that rise no more than 2.4 meters above sea level. White beaches, turquoise seas, palm trees… This is what attracts wealthy tourists to the Maldives and they get exactly what they expect. You’ll have the opportunity to join a dolphin safari and enjoy the beach and the many activities offered there. On our island, there’s a Coca-Cola factory and also a local school. The trip to the island and our hotel is by speedboat from the airport and takes just over half an hour.
